All our systems meets with strict NACOSS and EN standards and a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programme complying with
these standards is offered with all our installations.
A PPM Agreement is recommended following all installations to provide a preventive maintenance service in accordance with the
relevant British and/or European Standards to fully check and test the system. This ensures our systems are kept to a high standard to
reduce potential unforeseen problems. Where required the PPM can be tailored to meet with the clients specific requirements including
comprehensive all inclusive cost programmes.
We also offer Fully Comprehensive maintenance agreements for customers who desire complete peace of mind. Our Customers have the
option of having their systems remotely monitored at our Alarm Receiving Centre where operators are based 24 hours a day to alert Key
holders the Police or Fire Brigade
Our service help desk operates a 24/7 call out and remote access assist facility to all systems with a PPM.
All our service & maintenance technicians are provided with remote access facility to all monitored intruder alarm systems which
generally resolves the service request call first time.
